1. Where are you located?
We are located on the rooftop of Westgate Shopping Mall, Westlands, Nairobi. Take the elevator to the 3rd floor and follow the signs to W Exclusive.
2. What are your operating hours?
Mon - Fri: 5:30am to 10pm | Weekends: 7am - 8pm | Public holidays: 7am - 8pm
3. Is the gym open to non-members?
W Exclusive is a members-only facility. However, we offer guided tours and one-day passes upon request.
4. Do you offer personal training?
Yes. We have certified personal trainers available. You can book sessions through the front desk or your member portal.
5. What's included in the membership?
All memberships include full gym access, group fitness classes, the Olympic-size heated pool, the boxing ring, and our rooftop padel court.
6. Can I bring a guest?
W Exclusive is a members only club. Anyone can get a tour of the facility, however training is limited to members only.
7. Do you have locker rooms and showers?
Absolutely. Our locker rooms are fully equipped with rainfall showers, vanity stations, and secure lockers.
8. Is parking available?
Yes, Westgate Mall offers ample secure parking for all W Exclusive members. All members enjoy 2 hours free parking.
9. Are you open on a Public Holidays?
The GYM is open 365 days a year. Public Holiday times are restricted to 7:00AM to 7:00PM
